U-Box warrants their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of half year from the date of original purchase.

Should service be necessary for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the half year warranty period, U-Box will repair or replace at its discretion the defective merchandise at no charge upon delivery of the product with pre-paid freight to the address listed below with a copy of proof of purchase date.

NOTE:

Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Units that have been misused or damaged by accident
2. Units that have been repaired or altered by persons other than U-Box or Authorized Service Stations
